At Luna Wave, we believe in embracing a wide range of yoga styles, acknowledging their unique benefits and understanding that people have individual needs. We welcome all paths into yoga, recognising that each journey is valuable in its own way. For a little more information on each style check out our blog post
Our timetable uses an emoji system so you can quickly see what type of movement style will be predominant in each class. Classes will vary in their content and are often a combination of the below, so please use this as a general guide.
